Education on Prevention of Human Rights Infringement
In order to create a healthy corporate culture of mutual respect and consideration among all its members, Hyundai Corporation Group conducts various human rights education programs. We conduct education programs to prevent sexual harassment and improve awareness to the disabled each year, and in 2022, we have achieved 100% of the education completion rate. Also , in accordance with the Act on Prevention of Workplace Harassment, we conducted ‘education on prevention of workplace harassment’ with 40 officers. Through this education on understanding in laws and policies and standards, cases and prevention methods to harassment, we ensures prevention of harassment by setting up appropriate roles of officers.
Education on Business Ethics and Compliance
In light of the increasing social influence of a corporation, Hyundai Corporation Group feels the responsibility to business compliance and builds trust in the market. We encourage all our staff to participate in precision management by conducting quarterly education programs to ensure decision making and business operation according to the internal business ethics system, compliance system and laws.
We conduct compliance education on all staff members one to two times each year to ensure business ethics and fair trading and prevent corruption. We foster ‘Responsible Professionals’ by educating the importance of practicing ethical behavior both inside and outside the organization.
Staff Healthcare Education
Believing that proper decision making comes from healthy body and mind of staff, we run meditation and office yoga classes regularly.
We run at least one to two healthcare education sessions each year and strive to provide education that meets the trend by surveying the demand of staff. Also, to become Hyundai Corporation Group that can contribute to saving life in the event of an emergency, we conduct CPR and first aid trainings for our staff to raise survival rate of patients.
